Acceptance and Service Scope
By using this website, its public seller storefronts, account features, seller console, administration console, checkout, or integrations, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
The Cookie Notice summarises the essential cookies and browser storage described in the Privacy Policy. Acknowledging the notice does not enable optional tracking or change these Terms.
Accounts and Credentials
The application supports customer and seller accounts. Registration validates a name, email address, and a password of 8 to 64 characters containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account.
Seller Registration and Verification
Seller registration requires a selected Basic, Premium, or Studio plan, a permitted location value, and a permitted currency value. Seller features requiring verification remain unavailable until the seller is verified by the application workflow. Sellers must keep their profile, storefront, social-media information, and published content accurate.
Storefronts and User Content
Sellers can manage storefront pages, menus, products, categories, images, social-media content, and other published material provided by the application. You remain responsible for the content and information you submit. By submitting content for display or processing by the service, you grant the operator the limited permission needed to host, process, and display it as part of the requested features.
Products, Orders, and Payments
The shopping flow allows authenticated customers to place orders for seller products. The current checkout implementation uses Stripe Checkout in one-time payment mode, sends order and user metadata to Stripe, and uses Stripe to verify payment status. The displayed currency and any seller or platform charges must be confirmed from the applicable checkout and seller configuration before publication.
Payment Cancellation and Disputes
A customer can cancel a pending Stripe checkout through the cancellation flow, after which the related pending order is marked cancelled by the application. The source code does not define a general refund policy, chargeback allocation, delivery policy, or seller-specific dispute procedure; those terms must be supplied by the operator and sellers before relying on them.
Refunds and Complaints
Vtuber Site does not currently publish a single platform wide refund or complaint procedure in the application. Customers should first contact the relevant seller using the contact email provided by that seller for refund questions, order disputes, or product complaints. Sellers may contact the Vtuber Site provider at [email protected] for platform, account, payment integration, or service issues. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
Connected Services
The service can connect to Google and YouTube, X, Discord, Telegram, reCAPTCHA, and Stripe. You authorise the relevant connection only when you use that feature. You must comply with the applicable third-party provider terms. A third-party outage or policy change can affect the related feature.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the service to break the law, infringe the rights of another person, upload malicious code or harmful material, impersonate another person or entity, access another account without permission, interfere with the service, or use automated tools to scrape or manipulate application data.
Moderation and Access Controls
Administrators can manage sellers, users, permissions, products, uploads, bypass media, support tickets, and website notifications. Access to seller functions depends on authentication, seller context, seller status, verification, plan, and the permissions configured by administrators. The operator may restrict, suspend, or remove access or content when required to protect the service, users, or legal rights.
Intellectual Property
The website software, layout, names, logos, and operator provided material remain owned by the operator or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the limited service licence described in these Terms and any rights granted to buyers or other users through the applicable product or storefront transaction.
Availability and Third-Party Content
The service is provided through the features currently implemented in the application. External social-media data, payment services, messaging services, and uploaded or seller-provided content may be unavailable, changed, delayed, or inaccurate. The operator does not control third-party services or seller-submitted content.
Seller Region Governing Law
For a transaction or seller relationship, the applicable law is the law of the seller region recorded in the relevant seller profile, subject to any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The application permits HK, TW, JP, and US as seller location values and does not implement a separate legal jurisdiction selector.
Changes to These Terms
The operator may update these Terms when the service, integrations, business rules, or legal requirements change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current published version. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
